In addition to the Clubs and activities that take place in the Village Hall we also provide space for community use as:

    An outreach Post Office service on a Monday
    A meeting point for the Mosterton Volunteer group

Post Office Service

The outreach Post office Van comes to Mosterton Village Hall every Monday (excluding bank holidays) between 1.45 and 2.45pm.Most PO services are available:

    Parcelforce Express Services
    Foreign Currency
    National Express Tickets
    Post Office Accounts
    Savings Account ID verification (free)
    Gift cards for One4all and iTunes

The Village Hall volunteers are on hand during this time offering tea, cake and a chat!

Police Community Support Officer

Our Police Community Support Officer, Alex, visits once a month during the Post Office opening time, to chat with residents over any issues that are raised.

Mosterton Volunteer Group

The Village Hall provides a base for the Volunteer group on a Tuesday morning.
“To maintain the attractiveness of our lovely Village our group meets every Tuesday at 10am in the Village Hall Car Park, for two hours of voluntary litter picking, ground maintenance and general improvement work within the Parish.”

Thursday Lunch Club

The Village Hall volunteers will be preparing a lunch service during the coming winter starting on 9 November 2023. This will operate on a fortnightly basis, with soup and a roll on the 2nd Thursday of each month and a more substantial offering on the 4th Thursday of the month. Look out for details on the Notice board.
Open to All. Donations welcome. We will keep you posted!

Parish Council

Parish Council meetings are held at the Village Hall on the second Tuesday of every other month, at 7pm.
